An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. satta9 may charge an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month on dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the available account balance. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence. Once the account balance reaches zero, no further inactivity fees will be applied.

Please note: satta9 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit on the same account. You cannot withdraw to a method not previously used for a deposit. This measure protects against fraud and money laundering.
satta9 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. satta9 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements; coordinating wagers with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, satta9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on satta9 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake and market — are correct before confirming a wager. satta9 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances defined in these Terms or applicable product-specific rules.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface at the time of placing a wager. satta9 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including on a per-player basis, without prior notice.
A bet may be declared void by satta9 in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned without a result; the odds being offered due to a manifest error; a market being suspended mid-event and no result being available; or evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. In all cases of void bets, the original stake is returned to the player's satta9 account balance.
In the event that satta9 publishes odds or game parameters due to a manifest error (including human or system error), satta9 reserves the right to void any affected bets or correct the error after the fact. A manifest error is defined as an error that would be obvious to a reasonable player at the time of placing the wager.
